Whether they're gearing up for the next ride, training session or game day, we'll get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns and exchanges with Arrow and Crew.

Shipping Policy

We ship New Zealand-wide.

Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Delivery time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Return and Exchange Policy

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on underwear unless the item is faulty, so please choose your size carefully before placing your order.

If you believe you've received a faulty item, please contact us at hello@arrowandcrew.com within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue.

If a return is approved for a faulty item:

Return instructions will be provided by our team.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (excluding postage fees) within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
