Can I return a product?

Products must be returned to us within 30 days from date the product was purchased. 
But please note: Underwear can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Do you ship to Australia?

Right now, we only ship within New Zealand. Australia is definitely on our radar, so if you'd like us to ship there, get in touch - we'd love to hear from you.

Yes we do! However as you know there sadly is always an extra charge for outta towners... Please make sure you select "rural" on the delivery option.
